The new generation of beams
The ATD double-deck-system optimizes how you use your space and is suitable for securing loads in box vans and trailers. Its second level makes it ideal for transporting loads of different heights as well as goods that cannot be stacked.
The beam function is selected so that the loading beam can be moved upwards in 25 mm increments yet can still be securely locked in position. The pallets are simply placed on the loading beams. When not in use, the beams can be stowed under the roof to save space.

System components
Airline tracks
Double and single tracks are available in a number of variations. Depending on the task and the properties of the vehicle, different ATD track profiles can either be attached to or precisely integrated into the side walls. The ATD track profiles can be glued, riveted, screwed in place or welded. Large contact surfaces and specially optimized adhesive profiles ensure a strong adhesive bond.
ATD-Classic loading beam
For normal loads up to 1 t. ATD-II and ATD-F-style loading beams include innovative plastic gliders. They make operation of the beams quiet, so you can load and unload your truck in noise sensitive areas or in the night.
ATD-Heavy-duty loading beam
For particularly high loads.
ATD-Space loading beam
Extremely flat profile, loading height increased by 60 mm; for use when space is tight.
