KERL Fittings for Load Securing from allsafe
KERL fittings are flexible mounting elements for airline tracks. They are inserted into the profile of the track and can be moved continuously along its entire length. At the desired position, the fitting is locked in place by a mechanical locking mechanism. This creates lashing points exactly where they are needed.
The KERL range includes four categories: lashing point fittings for attaching straps and hooks, holder fittings for securing boards and profiles, screw fittings with threaded bolts for special requirements, and special fittings, e.g. for double-deck loading, securing roll containers and seat fastening.

How is a KERL fitting inserted?
The fitting is inserted sideways into the open slot of the airline track and slightly rotated. Through this turning motion, it locks into the track’s grid and sits securely. To reposition it, simply rotate it slightly again and slide it to the new position.
Which fitting do I need?
For attaching lashing straps or hooks, choose a lashing point fitting. For fixing side boards or square timbers, a holder fitting is suitable. For screw connections with a threaded interface, use a screw fitting.
Which fittings are compatible with allsafe airline tracks?
All KERL fittings are compatible with all allsafe airline tracks. In addition, they also fit AJS tracks and keyhole tracks. Certain models are also suitable for wooden floors with threaded inserts.
