Our Airline Tracks consist of robust metal profiles (usually made of aluminum) with a standardized grid, available in various versions. For every space requirement, every installation situation, every application and every load capacity requirement, we have the right Airline Track in our range. For example, our Airline Track Light for vans, Standard for trucks, Heavy Duty for heavy-duty applications and special profiles for very specific use cases.

All our Airline Tracks are manufactured in Germany, cut to your desired length from 100 to 6,000 mm and delivered ready for installation. They can be screwed, riveted or bonded. In combination with our KERL fittings, locking bars and lashing straps, this creates a well-designed system for maximum safety.

For motorhomes, campers and rear garages, we recommend our Mini Airline Track with a weight of only 300 g/m.

FAQ

What is an Airline Track?
An Airline Track is a metal profile (usually made of aluminum) with a standardized grid, used for load securing in many different types of vehicles. Originally, the Airline Track comes from aviation. Today, it is very commonly used in vans, trucks, trailers and motorhomes. Fittings, retaining elements or locking bars can be inserted into the track. The Airline Track forms the basis for almost all of our flexible load securing solutions in road transport and aviation.
How are airline tracks mounted?
Airline tracks can be screwed, riveted or bonded. The right method depends on the respective substructure and the desired load capacity. For even load distribution, e.g. on the side wall of a van or on the side wall and roof of a box body, bonding is often chosen. To ensure reliable curing of the adhesive, the tracks are often additionally riveted at wide intervals.
Which airline track is the right one for my vehicle?
The selection of different airline tracks for a wide variety of requirements and in different shapes is very large. Our Airline Track Light, for example, is an ideal choice for vans, motorhomes or campers, the standard version is perfectly suited for use in trucks, and the Heavy Duty version is ideal for heavy-duty applications or passenger transport. Those looking for airline tracks for special applications, e.g. for very low load requirements or applications on trucks, will find a suitable track in the Special category. Airline tracks for use in systems (e.g. the JF, CRS or ATD system), airline tracks made of steel, or our Mini Airline Track (for use in areas with very limited space) are also part of our range. In short: For every space requirement, every installation situation, every application and every load capacity requirement, we have the right airline track in our portfolio.
In which lengths are airline tracks available?
All our airline tracks are custom-made from 100 to 6,000 mm. This ensures that the tracks are perfectly tailored to your application and ready for installation upon delivery. Do you require a special length or individual processing? Then feel free to contact us – we will be happy to assist you.
How much load can an allsafe airline track handle?
The load capacity depends on the type of airline track and the type of installation. Therefore, no general statement about load capacity can be made. The exact load values for each track are specified in the respective product data sheet. If you need assistance in selecting the right track for your application, our colleagues will be happy to help you on request.
Which fittings are compatible with allsafe airline tracks?
The fittings from the KERL range are, with a few exceptions, compatible with our airline tracks. With every new development, we ensure that the compatibility between different product types is meaningfully maintained. Our KERL range includes a wide variety of fittings for different applications, e.g. as lashing points, holders, screw fittings or fittings for special applications. If you would like to find out which KERL fitting is the right one for your application, feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you with your selection.
